description Purpose of the study. The most important element in the development of modern television is the constantly growing technological adaptability of television and radio broadcasting, the rapid change in the tastes and preferences of consumers, the introduction of new mechanisms for regulating the activities of television channels, the integration of some television genres into others. Therefore, the core aspect of our scientific research is the definition of the purpose  that highlights of issues the place and role of domestic television in the context of the European TV area. Methodology of the study. The proposed article uses an analytical approach to define the goals and strategies of scientific research, which requires identifying features of the functioning of the continental market of teleproducts of domestic television in the context of the European television space. Scientific novelty consists in approbation of the scientific problem, namely in the further development of the domestic television space, in turn, involves a transition to the production of creative ideas, the formation of proposals for international media holdings, the finding of new niches in the market of teleproducts. The practical significance of the results obtained is to increase the effectiveness of domestic television in the context of the European television space. Conclusions. The priorities of the domestic media holdings activity have been clarified, the state of media content in Ukraine and its influence on the main factors of the transboundarity of the domestic television space have been analyzed. The effectiveness of a certain orientation on tastes and spectator preferences has been proved. System analysis with relation to the domestic television research space, determines the main sectoral priorities for the development of domestic television, respectively, which is the consequence of the ever-growing duration of watching TV programs. Approbation of research results is realized on the basis of an analytical check of the proposed system analysis of the domestic television space relatively the analytical approach to domestic television in the context of the European television space.
