Studies on rapid propagation and large-scale planting of Phalaenopsts hybrids(蝴蝶兰的快速繁殖和规模化栽培技术研究)
以蝴蝶兰的花梗、幼叶、茎尖和根尖为外植体,对影响原球茎发生、增殖、分化、炼苗和规模化栽培等外部因子进行了系统研究.试验结果表明:幼叶与茎尖是蝴蝶兰原球茎诱导的较佳外植体;1/2MS+3mg/L6-BA+10%椰子汁+3%蔗糖是蝴蝶兰原球茎增殖的理想培养基;1/2MS+0.1mg/LNAA+2%蔗糖+15%椰子汁是原球茎分化的适宜培养基;活性炭可促进生根壮苗....
