description | To solve problem of lacking remote monitoring function of running status in existing electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support, a running status monitoring system for hydraulic support based on dual RS485 buses was developed. In the system, an enhanced RS485 serial communication mode is used with data transmission speed of 10 Mbit/s. Dual RS485 buses communication mode is used for collateral execution of online monitoring and remote control. Some anti-interference measures are used in hardware circuit design including opto-coupler isolation circuit, high voltage intrusion prevention circuit and fault protection circuit, which has passed surge immunity test according to GB/T 17626.5-1998. The test results in laboratory and field show that the system realizes remote and online monitoring of running status of hydraulic support with strong real-time performance and anti-interference performance. |
