Of course, all thinkers, according to their kind of thinking and analysis, have distinctive features for the president and the ruler.But the Shiites, with the acceptance of the belief in "Imamate" based on the rule of favor and based on the Nas, placed the concept of legitimacy in a special context. Imam is a legitimate ruler and he is the one who is appointed and appointed on the basis of the number of sons of Ali (as) and of the generation of Fatima (sa) and of the branch of Hussein ibn Ali.
