The aim of this paper is to discuss how the evolution of the concept development has widen its scope and become,among others, local development, the implications of the latter and the resources needed to implement it, deepening the aspect of cooperatives as one of the essential resources.This element has great importance, in a worldwide levelthere is a vast experience in this aspect. In our country, steps are being taken to diversify and expand this form of management as part of the guidelines for economic and social policy. |
