description Even the indictment back in 2004 in the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (so - called ICTY) against Bosnian Croats Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic, at several places mentions the name of Franjo Tudjman, former Croatian President, as the leader of the joint criminal enterprise, which aimed to establish an independent state of Croatia in its historical and natural borders. This practically entailed ‘AVNOJ ‘Croatia, plus the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro to Kotor and Serbia to Subotica, but without Serbs. He had planned to kill half of the Serbs and to deport the other half. Tudjman fulfilled this as he was successful in his plan to kill one part of the Serbian population and also in his plan to expel five hundred thousand Serbs, and thus committed the crime of genocide, which is why he should be tried in The Hague, even posthumously.
