Summary:This research is motivated by the problem of the low learning outcomes of students' electric motor installation drawings, while understanding electric motorbike installation drawings is a fundamental ability that workers must have in the field of electric motor installation. The research objective was to improve learning outcomes of electric motor installation drawings by applying the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model assisted by paired cards. This research is a Classroom Action Research which is conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 32 class XI students of Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMKN 1 Kuta Selatan in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 32 people, while the object of research was the learning outcomes. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a learning outcome test. The research instrument was a learning outcome test sheet. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The research is successful if classical completeness is at least 70%. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes before and after the action was carried out. This is evidenced by the classical completeness before the action of 40.63%, then it became 59.38% in the first cycle and increased to 81.25% in the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model assisted by paired cards can improve learning outcomes of students' electric motor installation drawing material. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah rendahnya hasil belajar gambar instalasi motor listrik peserta didik, sedangkan memahami gambar instalasi motor listrik merupakan kemampuan mendasar yang harus dimiliki tenaga kerja pada bidang instalasi motor listrik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gambar instalasi motor listrik dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share berbantuan kartu berpasangan. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMKN 1 Kuta Selatan pada semester ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah 32 orang, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah hasil belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes hasil belajar. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian berhasil apabila ketuntasan klasikal minimal 70%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan tindakan. Ini dibuktikan dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebelum tindakan sebesar 40,63 %, kemudian menjadi 59,38% pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 81,25% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share berbantuan kartu berpasangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi gambar instalasi motor listrik peserta didik.
