Apabila peristiwa konkret sudah dibuktikan, hakim akan memperoleh kebenaran mengenai peristiwa yang disengketakan tersebut. Kemudian, hakim akan mengkualifikasi peristiwa tersebut menjadi peristiwa hukum dengan cara mencari peraturan hukum yang relevan untuk diterapkan.</p> |
