description Embodiment or embodied awareness is a way of understanding the body. The body is not simply the external body, the body is the lived body. Both the 10th century Kashmir philosopher Abhinavagupta and the contemporary French phenomenologist Merleau Ponty have a similar view of the lived body, or better “lived embodiment.” This paper elaborates phenomenologically the embodiment of awakened awareness as it pulsates in resonance with and within Being itself. This experience of embodiment is a multidimensional experience. There is emphasis on invoking the different dimensions of embodied of the field of Being.
