Aliénation mentale et justice pénale : pour une histoire des représentations judiciaires
This article seeks to show the interest of a joint study of the law and the judicial procedures which preside over the production of archives. It is based on the example of the treatment of the question of the insanity of the criminals by the penal justice in the XIXth century in France.
