Summary:This article presents a research study focused on investigating the use of augmented reality to enhance the indoor running experience on a treadmill. The rapid advancements in augmented reality technology offer exciting opportunities to revolutionize traditional exercise routines and provide users with an immersive and engaging workout environment. This study aims to explore the potential benefits and challenges associated with integrating augmented reality into treadmill running, ultimately seeking to improve motivation, enjoyment, and overall fitness outcomes.
