Knowledge sharing is the most crucial aspect of knowledge management. As older generations retire and subsequent generations take on leadership roles, the transfer of tacit knowledge is essential to the organization's sustainability. This study looks at the disparities in intergenerational knowledge workers' ambidextrous behaviors in the educational area. According to the Rasch Model, the hypothesis is statistically insignificant. It indicates no substantial variation in ambidextrous behavior among knowledge workers, in the educational area, based on age differences or intergenerational aspects. It implies that both generations of employees are naturally ambidextrous with little distinction. |
