Description
Summary:Consent is an essential pillar of electronic contracts because they are international in nature and are concluded in a virtual environment, thanks to the interaction between positive and viable. Therefore, the positive must be clear in which all the basic elements of the offer are indicated, otherwise it is merely a contract invitation, and in return the acceptance must be strict and explicit, and therefore does not count as silence in electronic contracts. The positive may be reversed, and acceptance may also be revoked, but the latter is exercised in accordance with controls referred by the legislator to an organization that has not yet been released.
