Summary: | This work is devoted to the simulation of new energy-saving combined process "helical rolling-pressing" in program Simufact Forming. During the simulation were studied the main parameters of stress-strain state and microstructure. The variation of the main technological parameters showed that the influence of the heating temperature of the workpiece plays a significant role in the degree of grain grinding. While the speed of deformation, allowed by the mill design limits, has no significant effect on the microstructure. |
