Description
Summary:The article shows that for the effective development of intellectual business service sector infrastructure and relations standardization are  required. It analyzes losses caused by entrepreneurs’ mistaken  perception of their participation in projects with outside experts’  attraction. The author analyzes the experience of further professional education, as well as special research for engineering  sphere. It was pointed out that one of the urgent steps is standardization of the education field. Shaping the demand for  business services is promoted by education and activity of public organizations but at the same time by state governance of economy.
