To evaluate the results, the RPFC model is simulated using PSCAD/EMTDC software. Dynamic operation of the RPFC on a 400 kV transmission line is studied. Based on the results, using tap-changer of transformers can extend the RPFC ability to control the active power of the transmission line about 25%. |
