Summary:In the era of high technology, which many consider the beginning of the 21st century, its application has found a place in our lives with all its positive and negative benefits, so fast that high technology has become a topic of today and not something that will bring us the future. We approached closer to the phenomenon of high-tech a crime which by its characteristics is transnational and international. Thus stressed to the need for taking over a global action through closer international cooperation in the legal sphere as well as in the fight against high-tech crime, because without harmonization of measures and activities and without rapid and efficient exchange of evidence and information it is very likely a greater number of crimes to remain unpunished.
