that will bring us the future. We approached closer to the phenomenon of high-tech
a crime which by its characteristics is transnational and international. Thus stressed to the need for taking over a global action through closer international cooperation in the legal sphere as well as in the fight against high-tech crime, because without harmonization of measures and activities and without rapid and efficient exchange of evidence and information it is very likely a greater number of crimes to remain unpunished. |
