The relevance of the research topic is determined by the fact that the problem of attracting investments is constantly in the spotlight in modern market conditions. This happens because investments are becoming an important resource for the development of the municipality. Due to the limited possibilities of federal investment support, municipalities need to focus on creating the investment attractiveness of their territory and, as a result, increasing investment activity.
