description The source of the data used for the analysis are information obtained from companies with foreign capital operating in markets with a range of local, regional, international and global. In the theoretical part are presented the different strategies of internationalization of companies and concepts of strategic groups. It also highlighted aspects of the activities undertaken by the company in foreign markets, which require constant identification of opportunities and threats coming from the environment. Finally, using correspondence analysis rated differentiation criteria of strategic groups in the surveyed enterprises with foreign capital.
