From this research obtained result that on formulation Rencana PembangunanDesa (RPJMDes) Buluh Cina 2011-2015 pass through Musrenbangdes. Musrenbangdes involved allcomponent participation from institutional and the people. Thus, in formulation RPJMDes used democraticmodel.Keywords: formulation, democratic model, RPJMDes
