description | Selecting appropriate reservoir volume is a necessary premise to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In order to provide a reference for the reasonable calculation of the self-pressurized hydraulic reservoir volume of civil aircraft,based on the general design requirements of SAE AS5586 aircraft hydraulic system reservoir,the calculation methods for variable volume produced by actuator,hydraulic accumulator and physical properties of oil are introduced and analyzed in this paper. A set of step by step reservoir volume calculation methods are proposed to get the design value of the reservoir. Taking an aircraft hydraulic reservoir volume calculation as an example,the calculation method of each variable volume in the system is deduced. The results show that the reservoir of the hydraulic system of this type of aircraft can meet the requirements in each flight phase. |
