Summary:This research was conducted to obtain information about the importance of implementing Electronic Human Resource Management to increase employee productivity in the company. Judging from the purpose of the study, this research can be classified as basic research. Basicresearch is expanding the boundaries of science. Basic research is not aimed directly at finding a solution to a specific problem, but it is intended to verify existing theories or knowing more about a concept. This study's population is all PT OSI Electronic Batam, PT employees. Sat Nusapersada, Tbk, PT. Sumitomo New Zealand. The data processing used in the study used SPSS and SmartPLS 3 (Partial Least Square) applications. The results of this study stated that the E-Communication variable had an insignificant effect on Innovation at PT. OSI Electronics Batam, PT. Sat Nusapersada and PT. Sumitomo New Zealand.
