Description
Summary:Using Robots and Artificial Intelligence programs in different sectors generates considerable difficulties especially with regard to the attribution of liability for the actions of such programs, and whether or not the current law adequately accommodates the unique aspects of Artificial intelligence technology. This study thus explores the most recent challenges raised by artificial intelligence technology, or those which might arise if such technology evolves, or is commonly used on a larger scale. Furthermore, it examines the national and international legal framework regulating artificial intelligence and address the issue of what the law ought to be in order to adequately accommodate the ethical challenges associated with the adoption and use of artificial intelligence technologies in our normal lives.
