Summary:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture and knowledge sharing. The statistical population includes 380 employees of Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon. Using Krejcie and Morgan table, 191 people were selected as the statistical sample. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Data collection tools include the following questionnaires: transformational leadership, organizational learning culture, and knowledge sharing. Formal and content validity were used to determine the validity of the questionnaires and reliability measurement were confirmed by ronbach's alpha method. SPSS-22 statistical software was used to analyze the obtained data. Results: The findings showed that there was a positive and meaningful correlation between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing (r = 0.469) at 99%. Also, studies have shown that there is a positive and meaningful correlation between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture (r= 0.573) at 99%. Managers play an important role in the organization as transformational leaders and should strive to improve organizational performance by creating an organizational learning culture and applying knowledge-sharing programs.
