One is Zavaleta site called “La Quema” because that was the place where household waste was incinerated the city from 1869 to 1978. The other is Corralon de Floresta site where the incinerated waste was used as fill to raise the ground before its inauguration, as a municipal cleaning yard that operated in 1912. |
