This study has evaluated the propositions of the hypothesis, which state that less developed and developing countries will have more pollution-intensive industries and will experience a deteriorating quality of environment in the process of liberalization of trade, and concluded that the quality of environment in Turkey has not worsened but rather improved in this process |
