Summary: | Malignant lymphoma in the gastrointestinal tract is mainly secondary. Primary gastric malignant lymphoma constitutes 1-4% of gastric malignant tumors without specific endoscopic findings, and histopathologically, it is mainly classified as non-Hodgkin lymphoma of B-cell origin. Otherwise, a rare type of gastrointestinal lymphoma is small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). SLL is the same as a chronic lymphocytic lymphoma and tends to grow slowly. Here, we report a case of a patient diagnosed with primary gastrointestinal SLL upon endoscopy screening with non-specific mucosal findings. |
