description In the paper is presented a method of studying the dynamics of plane mechanisms based on the determination of the variation of the balancing moment on the cinematic cycle. The components of the balancing moment due to the gravitational forces, forces and moments of inertia, as well as those corresponding to the technological resistances are highlighted. A series of results of the simulations performed in the case of a plane mechanism are finally presented.
