Neothelaxes pileata, a new species from China (Hemiptera, Sternorrhyncha, Aphididae, Thelaxinae)

Neothelaxes pileata Qiao sp. nov., found on Pilea martinii (Urticaceae) in China, is described and illustrated. Neothelaxes Chakrabarti &amp; Quednau is also a new generic record for China.
