In these conditions Indiaand China are emerging as new economic worldpowers. The world is moving towards a multi-polarsituation without multilateralism. These structural changeshave important implications in the work of the Latin-American managers in at least the following areas: reintegrationof local economies in the international economy,reformulation of economic relations with the United Statesand large international enterprises, integration of moderntechnology and formulation of human resource managementpolicies. |
