Given the importance of this social problem, this research is going on a field study with qualitative approach, based on the approach of Grand Theory, the study and understanding of working women's problems. Sampling is purposive sampling study in-depth interviews with 20 women hospital nurse working martyrs of Yazd. The central question of this study is that the psychological and social problems of working women is? The results show that despite a variety of problems (social, psychological, etc.) employed women in the study of gender discrimination, the misogynistic and psychological damage suffered more than other issuesAnd the type of problems experienced in the social environment and often have a reaction but to accept. The main reason for sexual discrimination and injury to insult and humiliate women and insufficient education and disregard for women's welfareAnd the most important consequences for them, trauma, emotional and psychological violence, which reduce the quality of working life, working women have suffered |
