The results show that: The annualprecipitation and the precipitation in the flood season are on the fluctuant rise;It is unsurethat whether there is an abrupt change on annual precipitation and precipitation in the floodseason; The annual precipitation and the precipitation in the flood season have an oscillatingperiod of 28 a, and there is a significant linear relationship between annual precipitation andAntarctic oscillation index.
