Protecting the right to inviolability of correspondence in Islamic law and some comparative legislations
We have highlighted in this paper the problem of the protection of privacy in relation to the correspondence of the individual, in Islamic law and comparative positive law, while insisting on the Algerian right that the general principles and still the exceptions for this subject.
