Description
Summary:This study shows the contribution that a university extension project aimed at stimulating the Solidarity Economy (SE) may present the development, especially in combination with the construction of citizenship and human emancipation. The study describes and analyzes the actions developed by the Incubator of Solidarity Economy, Social Development and Technology (Itecsol) of Unijuí / RS, in advising groups and the articulation of the movement of ES. The empirical research, the type of case study is an exploratory and descriptive study, qualitative data, based on documentary research. The results show the ES as an organizational form that promotes the interaction of researchers with local realities, linking university actions on movements and social groups, as well as solidarity actions across disciplines. It can be concluded that alternative forms of economic organization, tailored to the local conditions, lead public and private managers to understand and analyze the conditions of a given territory. From this analysis emerge from actions that promote improvements to society, changing income levels and forms of organization of the production process.
