Summary:Some of the leading individuals in businesses may exhibit toxic behaviors with destructive features. These destructive toxic leader behaviors have significant negative reflections on employees. Stress levels of employees are affected in businesses with toxic leadership behavior. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of toxic leader behaviors on employees' stress levels. In this context, a survey was conducted with individuals working in the textile and metal kitchen industries in Kahramanmaraş to determine the relationship between the sub-dimensions of toxic leader behavior and employee stress. Correlation and regression analysis were performed on the obtained data. As a result of the research, it has been observed that there are significant positive relationships between stress due to uncontrolled l and self-promotion, abusive supervision, unpredictability, narcissism and authoritarian leadership, which are the sub-dimensions of toxic leadership.
