In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of toxic leader behaviors on employees' stress levels. In this context, a survey was conducted with individuals working in the textile and metal kitchen industries in Kahramanmaraş to determine the relationship between the sub-dimensions of toxic leader behavior and employee stress. Correlation and regression analysis were performed on the obtained data. As a result of the research, it has been observed that there are significant positive relationships between stress due to uncontrolled l and self-promotion, abusive supervision, unpredictability, narcissism and authoritarian leadership, which are the sub-dimensions of toxic leadership. |
