However, today other complications of inguinal hernias have become prevalent: infection, pain and paresthesia in the scrotum, pathospermia. Opinion about the negative impact on spermatogenesis of both herniation and surgery for hernia is still controversial. This article provides an overview of modern foreign and Russian literature on the аssociation of different types of inguinal hernia repair with pathospermia. |
