Summary:The main purpose of this study is to investigate organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment among the staff of Fard Azarbaijan Company in Uromia. The organizational citizenship behavior has 7 general levels as follows: ((Sportsmanship, Helping behavior (Altruism, Peacemaking, Cheerleading, Courtesy), Civic Virtue, Conscientiousness, Obedience, Loyalty and Self-Development)). The organizational commitment also includes affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. This study is a practical research, but the method is of correlation type. The information and data were gathered by distributing questionnaires about organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational commitment. To analyze the data, we used T test and Pearson correlation coefficient. All the processes of data analysis were done with SPSS-19 software. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relation between the organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational commitment. <br />
