Summary:The study of personality is a key topic in pedagogical sciences. Cuban Education is focus on the raising personality from an integral perspective in harmony with society. The paper presents a set of procedures based on promoting involvement techniques, group dynamics and meaningful learning. The connection between education and motivation is a topic that has been poorly systematized by sociologists, psychologists and pedagogues. This research approaches education from the perspective of the connection between meaningful learning, education and individual motivation. This triadic relation is discussed theoretically as the central axis of the proposed methodology. The involved procedures are fully described.
