This study sought toinvestigate the impact of information technology capability on business agilityand expedition of the service sector in the areas of banking. So the research andpractical application in terms of objective, analytical - descriptive. Sample of thestudy consisted of employees of the MELLI Bank of Ardabil province is 600persons. In this study, random sampling and the Cochrane formula 250 subjectshave been considered. The results of the analysis show that the four features,architecture, infrastructure, human resources and communication resources ofthe IT function, as well as three constituent dimensions business agility are ofthe sensing, responding, and learning. Examine the relationship throughcorrelation and path analysis shows a significant relationship between ITcapability and agility of organizations established in the banking field. |
