We begin our work with a reference to some books and articles written about this issue, and then we continue with the importance of judicial records as a source to study of the history of the family, the legal and doctrinal frame in which the Castilian-Indian family developed and the analysis of the different types of family lawsuits, concluding with final considerations about the family through litigation. |
