Following thespecial departement research, it was discovered that in order to help the growth and thenormal and balanced development of an organism, in order to shape a healthy human being,a series of complex social and human factors is needed: a better school, a balanced family,a more prosperous economic life, a political life within the moral guidelines as well as agood legal system. |
