| Summary: | The Open Government strategy is directed to supply a new institutional communication paradigm based on access and reuse of data and information and on the participation of the stakeholders. The focus is mostly centered on the opportunities that transparency, as a strategic asset, offers in order to repositioning the image of the Province, the subject of a deep institutional reorganization. In particular, the synergy produced by both the legal requirements to transparency and the recent innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 97/2016 foster new perspectives in order to consider this intermediate institution an open-access subject able to provide stakeholders with information, data and clear, timely and constantly updated documents. |
