In particular, the synergy produced by both the legal requirements to transparency and the recent innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 97/2016 foster new perspectives in order to consider this intermediate institution an open-access subject able to provide stakeholders with information, data and clear, timely and constantly updated documents. |
