| description | Purpose of work - experimentally ground application of the system of individualization in physical education of students. The students of 1 course of technical higher educational establishment took part in research, which parted on control (48 girls and 56 youths) and experimental (42 girls and 58 youths) groups. Distributing of freshmen on sporting specializations with the use of the author programs of the психофизиологического testing was conducted. Influence of individual approach at distributing of students on sporting specializations is considered. Directions of application of the system of individualization on employments on physical education are shown. The ways of improvement of indexes of functional preparedness and physical qualities of students are offered. |
