The mixed ratio of the host was selected to improve the current efficiency of the device and used various types of data to investigate the most important factors affecting efficiency (such as photoluminescence, single carrier device, and electroluminescence). We found out the ratio 1:2 was the preferable ratio in this study. The devices with mixed ratio 1:2 have pretty high current efficiency (56 cd/A).
