Left bronchial isomerism with a right-sided tracheal bronchus is a very rare combination of tracheobronchial anomalies. It has not been previously reported. We present multi-detector CT findings of a left bronchial isomerism with a right-sided tracheal bronchus of a 74 year old man. |
