| description | In a difficult economic situation, the Russian agricultural sector has the opportunity to improve the efficiency of agricultural production. In the situation of uneven socio-economic development of rural territories, the establishment of a policy on import substitution of agricultural products, as well as the implementation of the Strategy for long-term socio-economic development of the Russian agro-industrial complex and the Concept of sustainable development of rural territories, the problem of forming the labor potential of rural territories is of particular relevance.
It is impossible to achieve certain production indicators without the participation of highly qualified personnel who ensure the quality of its output, increase labor productivity, and a high level of profitability of organizations. The main source of employment potential for the economy of existing actors of the agricultural sector remain a rural area.
One of the most important factors determining the problems of development and formation of the labor potential of K(f)X is the decline in the rural population, which is associated with a high mortality rate and migration of the population. In recent years, much attention has been paid to the formation of farm labor resources. In our opinion, in the field of labor potential of small businesses, special attention should be paid to the phenomenon and further study of the problems of its formation and development.
Objective: to determine the problem factors in the development of the labor potential of rural areas that ensure the sustainable socio-economic development of small forms of rural management and affect the level of food security in the country.
Method of research. The scientific research is based on economic-statistical and analytical methods, as well as methods of strategic analysis and the relationship of socio-economic phenomena, a systematic approach.
Results: the main problems of forming the labor potential of rural areas of the region are formulated and directions for attracting young specialists to the agro-industrial complex are proposed;
Scope of the results: the results obtained will serve as a basis for the development of regional programs for the development of rural territories, for including the results in the regulatory procedure for the competitive selection of heads of K(f)X for a grant for the creation and development of a farm, as well as research can serve as an analytical base for studying the problems of sustainable rural development in the regions. |
