Summary:The aim of this paper is to study the warped product pointwise semislant submanifolds in the para-cosymplectic manifold with the semi-Riemannian metric. For which, firstly we provide the more generalized definition of pointwise slant submanifolds and related characterization results followed by the definition of pointwise slant distributions and pointwise semislant submanifolds. We also derive some results for different foliations on distribution, and lastly, we defined pointwise semislant warped product submanifold, given existence and nonexistence results, basic lemmas, theorems, and optimal inequalities for the ambient manifold.
