We present two patients with enlarging ligated PAAs treated successfully with direct sac embolization with copolymer embolic agents (Onyx and Squid). The availability of simple endovascular techniques may change the treatment paradigm of ligated PAA expansion in a similar way that type 2 endoleaks post EVAR have been treated in asymptomatic patients with sac growth. |
